Charles Dees is an accomplished production foreman with extensive experience in managing daily operations in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving at Fleur de Lis Energy, LLC since May 2020, Charles oversees the operations of 380 wells within a water flood environment, while leading a team of 16 employees to maximize production efficiency. Prior to this, Charles held multiple roles at Sheridan Production Company from 2008 to 2020, progressing from plant and lease operator to construction foreman and then production foreman, showcasing a strong background in facility upgrades, pipeline installation, and operational management. Additionally, Charles worked for Aethon Energy as a plant and lease operator, further solidifying expertise in maintaining injection stations and optimizing production through fluid level monitoring and adjustments.
