Shane Starr has a wealth of experience in the tech sales industry. Shane began their career in 2008 as the Vice President of Sales at ThoughtLab. In 2010, they co-founded NuEthic, where they managed all aspects of account acquisition, expansion, delivery and retention. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Sales at Motivosity, where they were part of the go-to-market team and helped build a team to deliver revenue to the business. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at Instructure, including Director of Corporate Sales (North and South America), Director of Mid-Market Corporate Sales, and Regional Director. In 2018, they joined Energi Life, Inc. as an Advisory Board Member. In 2019, they became an Investor at Blue Owl AI. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Business Development and Head of Enterprise Sales at GuideCX. In 2021, they joined Leaddelta as an Advisory Board Member. Currently, they are the Head of Revenue at Fletch.
Shane Starr obtained a BA in Advertising & Marketing Communications from Brigham Young University between 2000 and 2006. Shane also obtained a certification in the Customer Centric Selling from CustomerCentric Selling\u00ae in July 2020. Additionally, they obtained a certification in the Challenger Sales Methodology from CEB, now Gartner, in July 2015, and a certification in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People from FranklinCovey in April 2006.
