Kayla Gentz is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition and development, currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Omnicom PR Group since August 2024 and at FleishmanHillard since July 2016. With a robust background in managing the full life-cycle national recruitment experience, Kayla has also held senior management roles in Talent Development and technical recruiting at Adaptive Solutions Group from April 2011 to July 2016. Kayla's early experience includes serving as an NFL Cheerleader for the St. Louis Rams from April 2010 to April 2015, where significant community engagement was demonstrated. Additionally, Kayla interned in public relations at Roland Barkau Memorial Golf Course, contributing to business growth and community coordination. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Marketing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
