With a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Drury University, Philip Griffin has held various managerial roles in the manufacturing industry. Philip worked as a Plating Manager at Positronic Industries for nearly three decades before transitioning to Red Monkey Foods, Inc. as a Maintenance and Process Improvement Manager and later as a Plant Manager. Currently, Philip is employed at Fleischmann's Vinegar, A Kerry Company, serving as a Plant Superintendent and Production Manager.
