Matt Perry has over 20 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the Vice President of Operations and Business Integration at FleetPride since February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Strategic Operations at REPAIRIFY, INC. from April 2021 to January 2023. Matt also has previous experience at FleetPride, where they held the roles of Vice President Operations, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, Senior Manager of Operations Program Manager, Manager of IT PMO, and Manager of IT Services from 2010 to 2021. Before joining FleetPride, they worked at Learning Care Group as a Manager of IT Services from 2007 to 2010, and at The Children's Courtyard as an Information Technology Support Manager from 2003 to 2007. Matt's earliest work experience was as a Network Administrator at The Center for Pulsed Power and Power Electronics from 2001 to 2003. Throughout their career, Matt has been responsible for various operational and strategic initiatives, including integrating acquired businesses, developing strategic plans, reducing costs, and implementing new technologies.

Matt Perry obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas Christian University in 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Texas Tech University in 2003. In addition, they hold various certifications such as CompTIA Project+, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
