Roseann Dunne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and delivery management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Delivery at FleetOps.com since February 2023, Roseann focuses on building team structures and enhancing operational strategies. Prior to this role, Roseann managed the EMEA Enterprise Customer Success teams at WP Engine, overseeing a business portfolio exceeding $10M. Roseann's previous experience includes contributions as a Management Team member and Head of Customer Experience at Ex Ordo, where responsibilities spanned customer support and product development.
