Ezel “CJ” Baltali has extensive experience in the fleet management industry. Ezel “CJ” began their career in 2005 at Element Fleet Management as an Applications Engineer. In 2011, they joined Ryder System, Inc. as a Supplier Relationship Manager and Senior Engineer. In 2018, they moved to Fleet Advantage where they have held the roles of Fleet Services Director, Purchasing and Asset Manager, and Purchasing Manager.

Ezel “CJ” Baltali has a diverse educational background. Ezel “CJ” obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics from The Johns Hopkins University in 2004. Ezel “CJ” then pursued a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami in 2011, followed by a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in 2011. In addition, Ezel “CJ” Baltali has obtained several certifications, including Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) from the Institute for Supply Management in June 2022, Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP) from the CLFP Foundation in February 2020, and Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) from the National Private Truck Council in April 2019.
