Prem A Gopalakrishnan is an experienced operations and service delivery leader with a robust track record in managing large teams and multiple projects across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at Flatworld Philippines since May 2018, Prem oversees operations for over 1500 FTE across two sites, focusing on account management, people management, client services, and performance management. Previously, roles include Senior Manager Operations at HGS, Head of Operations & Transitions at Flatworld Solutions, and various leadership positions at iYogi, e4e Business Solutions, and Convergys. Prem holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Sun College of Engineering and Technology.
