Rustem Giniyatullin is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design processes and managing design teams at Flatstack since June 2009. As Design Lead, Rustem has successfully guided the end-to-end design processes, conducted user research, and delivered high-fidelity prototypes, while mentoring a team across diverse products. Prior roles as Senior User Experience Designer and User Experience Designer involved creating user flows, interactive prototypes, and collaborating with international clients. Rustem also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the Higher Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems and led the Information Technology Department at Kazan Riviera. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kazan State University.
