Sonali Zaveri is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design initiatives and teams across various organizations. As the Lead Design Technologist at Flatiron Health since May 2023, Sonali spearheads design efforts. Previously, as Design Lead at ideas42 Ventures from March 2021 to May 2023, Sonali managed a team of senior designers, conducted user research, and led product design for multiple ventures. In earlier roles, including Design Manager at OpenGov Inc. and Senior UX Designer at Opower, Sonali focused on developing design systems, improving accessibility, and implementing strategic design solutions. Sonali's educational background includes a BA/BS in Computer Science and Design from the University of California, Davis.
