Ruihai Youngblood is an experienced product designer currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Flatiron Health since September 2021, where contributions include leading the design of Floodlight, an internal tool enhancing cancer patient dataset management. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Aperture Credentialing, LLC, where an emphasis on user research and design practices was established as the first designer hired. Ruihai also held multiple positions at VMware, including Senior Product Designer within Pivotal Labs, collaborating with various organizations to improve user experiences, and played a key role in launching Dick's Sporting Goods' Gold loyalty program. Ruihai's foundational experience includes design leadership at The National University eSports League, along with academic credentials in Interaction Design from Loughborough University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Politics, and International Studies from the University of Warwick.
