Craig W. is an experienced product designer and founder, currently serving as a Product Designer at Flatfile since January 2025, and as the Founder of Maatskappy, focusing on hyper-local sustainable manufacturing and developing MakerOS, a GenAI-powered CAD/CAM documentation tool. Previously, Craig held various leadership roles in product design at Crafty, Medallion, Foxtrot, Tegus, and Braintree, where responsibilities included nurturing design teams, enhancing product features, and integrating technologies for improved user experiences. Craig began a career in software engineering at Integrity Software and conducted business analysis and user experience design at ThoughtWorks, holding degrees in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of Johannesburg.
