Sufian Sesay has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Associate at Fenwick. In 2020, they worked as a Deliveries Assistant at Crew à la Mode. In 2021, they worked as a Social Media Officer at Uhive. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Service Associate at flatfair and as a Sales Associate at TOWER London. In their roles, they have been responsible for tasks such as greeting customers, recommending and selecting merchandise, verifying information, developing content, email marketing, and cleaning and packaging clothes.

Sufian Sesay completed a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Hertfordshire from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Newham Sixth Form College (NewVIc) from 2014 to 2016.
