Caroline Renton Groves has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Caroline currently holds the position of Area Sales Manager at Flat Branch Home Loans, a position they began in September 2021. Prior to this, Caroline spent a significant amount of time at American National Bank & Trust, where they held the role of Senior Vice President/ Mortgage Origination Manager from December 2014 to September 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Realtor for Bishop Realtor Group in 2014 and again from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Caroline also worked as an Escrow Officer at Archer Title of Texas and as a Mortgage Loan Processor at First Bank from 2013 to 2014. With their diverse experience in sales, mortgage origination, real estate, and loan processing, Caroline has developed a strong skill set in the financial and real estate industry.

Caroline Renton Groves pursued their higher education at Midwestern State University from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they successfully completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Management. In 2010, Caroline also briefly attended Vernon College, where they studied Real Estate.
