Caroline Al-Assal is an Associate Product Manager at Flash since September 2022, following a role as a CRM Intern at AMARO from November 2021 to September 2022. Caroline began their professional journey as a Consultora júnior at Empresa Júnior Fundação Getulio Vargas from February 2019 to November 2021, and also gained experience as an SBM at Ame Digital and an Estagiária at Rastro, both from January 2020 to July 2020. Caroline holds a degree in Administração de Empresas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, completed in December 2022.
