Atsadawut Klaeokla is currently serving as a Senior Organization Development Specialist at Flash Express since April 2024, where responsibilities include designing internal communication strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting organizational diagnostics. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Employee Journey Advisor at SEAC, focusing on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, and freelancing as a Sales and Marketing Event Biology Tutor, teaching high school biology and promoting products through various marketing channels. Atsadawut also held a recruitment support position at Central Group and completed a research internship at National Chung Cheng University, where involvement included studying protein production processes. Atsadawut holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Chulalongkorn University.
