Jamie Micic has a robust background in the fleet management and financial services sectors, currently serving as General Manager at Flare since February 2022. Prior to this role, Jamie was the Director of Novated Leasing at Eclipx Group from February 2020 to January 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leading sales and customer experience for multiple brands, overseeing new business development, relationship management, and strategic operations. Jamie held the position of Head of FleetChoice within Eclipx from July 2018 to February 2020, focusing on daily operations, P&L management, and sales oversight. From September 2007 to July 2018, Jamie worked at nlc Pty Ltd in various roles, culminating as National Manager - Sales, with responsibilities for both Novated and Consumer Finance Sales Teams. Earlier experience includes a role as a Leasing Consultant at the Diplomatic Privileges of Australia. Jamie holds an Advanced Diploma of Banking & Financial Services and an Advanced Diploma of Accounting from Holmesglen.
