Gabi Kozak is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in e-commerce, marketing, and product development. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Flamingo Estate since December 2020, Gabi leads and builds operational teams to enhance productivity and align with company goals. Previously, Gabi held multiple positions at Moon Juice, LLC, including Senior Project Manager and E-Commerce Manager, where responsibilities included establishing project management processes, leading packaging redesigns, and launching the company’s first online store. Gabi's career began at HBO, where various roles focused on marketing operations and project coordination. Gabi holds a BA in Sociology from Barnard College and an MFA in Integrated Media Arts from Hunter College.
