Alissa Dohm has extensive experience in food labeling and regulatory compliance, having worked at Flagstone Foods since December 2013 in various roles including Labeling Manager, Senior Food Labeling Specialist, Food Labeling Specialist, and Food Regulatory Specialist. Prior to this, Alissa held the position of Nutrition Labeling Coordinator at General Mills from January 2013 to October 2013 and served as a Program Assistant at Senior Community Services between July 2011 and November 2012. Alissa earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2011.
