Parthiv Shah, CISM, CISSP, currently serves as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President at Flagstar Bank since July 2023. Previously, Parthiv held the position of Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President at Signature Bank from April 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included establishing an enterprise-wide information security program and collaborating with various regulators to ensure compliance with multiple regulatory frameworks. Prior experience includes leadership roles at The Clearing House and Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation, focusing on information security management and risk assessment. Parthiv also contributed to the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council and served on the Board of Directors for NorthEast First. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science from The City College of New York.
