Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Leasing and Brokerage at Flagship Healthcare Properties, Jim has extensive experience in Build-to-Suits, Tenant Representation, and Facility Acquisition, having worked with over 2.8 million square feet in the healthcare sector. Previously, Jim held the position of Executive Managing Director for the Healthcare Services Group at Colliers from 2006 to 2022. Jim earned two Bachelor's degrees from the University of South Florida in Business Management and Business Administration.
