Cecilia Tredget is an accomplished leadership coach and housing consultant with extensive experience in the public sector, currently serving as Non Executive Director and Chair of Flagship Homes since April 2023. Tredget is also the founder of Cecilia Tredget Associates, offering executive coaching and housing consulting services since March 2020. As Independent Chair of the Norfolk Strategic Housing Partnership and a Board Member at Luminus Housing Association, Tredget has played significant roles in housing governance. Tredget holds a MSc in Public Policy and Social Administration from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Sussex, complemented by a career marked by leadership positions including Managing Director at East of England LGA and Deputy Chief Executive at East Cambridgeshire District Council.
