Mike Owsiany is the Manager at Flagel Huber Flagel. Mike has over three years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Flagel Huber Flagel, Mike Owsiany worked as a Staff Accountant at Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, P.C., CPAs from September 2016 to July 2017. There, they prepared tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and S-corporations and performed compilations and reviews for for-profit companies in multiple industries. Mike also assisted in payroll, specifically preparing quarterly tax returns.

Before working at Pritchard, Bieler, Gruver & Willison, Mike Owsiany was an Accounting Intern at Beyond.com from June 2016 to August 2016. There, they were responsible for keeping track of and billing all vendors. Mike also assisted with creating invoices and entering payments into QuickBooks. During their time at Beyond.com, Mike Owsiany gained useful knowledge in operating within QuickBooks.

Mike Owsiany’s first accounting internship was at Esko from March 2015 to May 2016. There they performed various General Ledger account reconciliations and assisted with general accounting month-end closing procedures. Mike also used Microsoft Dynamics to create numerous journal entries and assisted with the revenue recognition process. While at Esko, Mike Owsiany developed and maintained a knowledge base of accounting software.

Mike Owsiany received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Dayton. Mike then attended La Salle College High School.
