Akhmad Isa is currently an IT System Engineer Specialist at FKS Group, responsible for coordinating with the IT Infrastructure team to diagnose and resolve system or network peripheral device errors, while also providing technical support in conjunction with the helpdesk and other teams. Prior to this role, Akhmad accumulated over 15 years of experience at SCTV, serving as an Information Technology Network and System Administrator, where responsibilities included collaborating with the IT Infrastructure, Development teams, and database administration for developing web and database servers. Akhmad also held positions as an IT System Administrator and SAP BASIS, focusing on server management and client computer migration, as well as IT Support & Helpdesk, contributing to the implementation of Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007. Akhmad holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from STMIK PRANATA INDONESIA.
