The founding team of Fivetran has a history of experience in design and user experience, as well as a Masters in Business Administration focused in Design Strategy. They have also been a part of Y Combinator and have interned at (Shike) Design. This experience has given them the skills and knowledge necessary to start their own company and help it grow into the success it is today.
