Dany Espinal has a strong background in IT infrastructure and engineering. They started their career in 1999 as a Staff Accountant at BlackRock before transitioning into the role of Desktop Support Engineer in 2002. In 2004, they became a Windows Server Engineer, where they played a key role in supporting the company's disaster recovery initiatives, performed server support for Windows operating systems, and managed server deployment and configuration. At BlackRock, they also managed printers and scanners, provided Blackberry support, and supported RightFax. In 2009, Dany joined Phoenix House as an IT Infrastructure Supervisor, where they led a team of network and server engineers, acted as a technical liaison between data centers and vendors, and provided operational insight to infrastructure operations. They also played a crucial role in virtualization efforts, including designing and deploying VMware vSphere and coordinating server migrations. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Fivesky as a Splunk Engineer.
