Daniela Castro has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Daniela currently works as a Cisco Voice Engineer at Fivesky since January 2023. Prior to that, they were a VoIP Network Technician at Groupe Deschenes from January 2021 to January 2023. From September 2019 to December 2020, they served as an Information Technology Consultant at SITA. Daniela also worked as an IT Consultant at 2S Inovações Tecnológicas for nearly seven years, where their responsibilities included collaboration deployment and configuration of Cisco Contact Center. Before that, they worked as an Exchange Au Pair International from August 2010 to August 2012. Daniela started their career as an Infrastructure Analyst at CPM Braxis Capgemini in November 2008 and then worked as a Help Desk at Linx S.A. from November 2006 to November 2008.
