Gerardo Miranda is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance and commercial management. Currently serving as Global QA Team Lead at Fiverr since May 2018, Gerardo manages a multi-location team, oversees workload distribution, and generates reports for management while enhancing team performance through trend analysis and communication with the Playvox platform. Previously, Gerardo was the Commercial Manager at Kini Movil, focusing on implementing revenue-generating channels across Central America, and co-founded Mundo del Vino, where responsible for establishing commercial relationships and negotiating benefits with clients. Gerardo's early career included leading a transition project for ExxonMobil, ensuring successful activities from England to Guatemala.
