Andrea Donati began their career in 2018 as a Data Scientist at Moviri. In 2019, they joined Translated as a Deep Learning Engineer, performing applied research on Expressive Text to Speech (TTS) models for prosody and speaker transfer across different languages. In 2022, they moved to Five AI as a Research Engineer, where they are currently working on Computer Vision (3D Object Detection with Sensor Fusion) to develop a perception stack for autonomous vehicles.

Andrea Donati began their education in 2007 when they attended Liceo Scientifico Statale Talete and obtained their Diploma di Istruzione Secondaria Superiore in 2012. Andrea then attended Sapienza Università di Roma, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering in 2015. In the same year, they obtained an IELTS Academic grade of 8.0/9.0 from the British Council. From 2016 to 2017, Andrea participated in an exchange program at Delft University of Technology, where they studied Computer Science. Finally, they earned their Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2018.
