Launi Vawter has extensive experience in senior living and hospice care, currently serving as Executive Director at Five Star Senior Living since July 2019. Prior positions include Executive Director roles at Artis Senior Living and Five Star Quality Care/Somerford Place, as well as AVP Regional Operations at MedOptions. Launi's career began in social work with roles at Southerncare Hospice and Altus Healthcare and Hospice, focusing on patient advocacy, grief counseling, and community education. Launi holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Troy University School of Social Work.
