Rich Cichon has extensive experience in human resources, training, and development, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Recruiting and Onboarding Manager and HR Manager at Five Star Home Services since March 2023, Rich previously held roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a New Hire Coach and at JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as an Associate. Rich's prior experience includes over 15 years at MRS BPO, LLC as the Director of Corporate Education & Development, where responsibilities included training needs assessment and program design. Rich also has supervisory experience at Alliance Data and Allied Interstate, managing performance and training for large teams. Early career experience at Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation involved coaching, hiring, and ensuring compliance with performance metrics. Rich holds an Associate of Science degree from Ohio University and has completed education at Belmont Technical College and Buckeye Local High School.
