Missy Wright, CFE, currently serves as Vice President of Franchise Development at Five Star Franchising since May 2024. Previously, Wright was Senior Director of Franchise Recruitment at Unleashed Brands from September 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included driving franchise sales, coaching team members, and successfully awarding over 75 units between 2022 and 2023. As Director of Franchise Development at Christian Brothers Automotive Corporation from January 2017 to September 2021, Wright led a team focused on improving key performance indicators and achieving significant sales growth. Additional experience includes Franchise Development Director at Pinot's Palette, where 60 new franchised units were added, and earlier roles at Tom James Company and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Wright holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, History, and Business Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
