Chris Merzbacher's work experience includes a role as Sales Director at Five Star Food Service, Inc. starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Royal Cup Coffee and Tea from 2014 to 2020 as a Territory Account Manager, where they managed territories, built client relations, and improved retention. Before that, they were a Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings from 2010 to 2013, gaining experience in sales, marketing, management, and customer service. Chris was promoted to various roles during their time at Enterprise, including Fleet Coordinator.

Chris Merzbacher attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Leisure Services Administration, with a focus on Business Management and Marketing Administration.
