Joshua Fernandes is an experienced Application Support Specialist at Five Star Bank in California since January 2022, where advanced knowledge of in-house applications is maintained and collaboration with 3rd party vendors for hardware support occurs. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Grand Canyon Education, Inc. from August 2019 to January 2022 in various IT positions, including ITS Help Desk, where software was patched to eliminate security issues, and in IT Security 360, where computer security violations were reviewed and mitigation plans developed using SPLUNK and CrowdStrike. Joshua also has experience as a Coding Instructor at CAMP EDMO, where coding was taught to middle school students. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in CyberSecurity from Grand Canyon University, earned in December 2021.
