Pooja Arora currently serves as Manager - Process Excellence at FiveS Digital since June 2023, having previously held the position of Assistant Manager - Process Excellence at the same company from September 2021 to June 2023. Prior to this, Pooja worked as Quality Lead at Aegis Customer Support Services Private Limited from May 2016 to October 2021 and as Client Services Coordinator at finishproblems.com from July 2015 to April 2016. Pooja obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) between 2017 and 2019.
