Nishant Narendra has over 17 years of work experience in various roles related to training, quality, and risk compliance. Nishant began their career as a Tele caller at Primco Telecom and later worked as a Quality Analyst at Finedge India Pvt. Ltd. In 2005, they joined Caretel Infotech Ltd as a TL-Quality and then moved to Aegis Global as an Assistant Quality Manager in 2008. At Aegis Global, they managed a team of 15 Quality Analysts and handled multiple processes for the Airtel Bharti group. In 2010, they joined HomeShop18 as a DGM Quality and held the position until 2019. In 2019, they joined Five Splash as the Head of Quality, Training & Risk Compliance. In 2020, they worked at STARTEK as an Associate Vice President before joining ICCS -Business Process Management Company as the Head of Training and Quality in November 2020.
Nishant Narendra obtained a Law Graduate degree from CCS University Meerut in Indian Legislature from 2000 to 2006. In addition, they also completed a Science graduate degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from the same university during the same time period. Previously, they completed a Bachelors degree in Science and Law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2000 to 2003. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as improving thinking, operational excellence, artificial intelligence, gamification of learning, continuous improvement, quality management, and Six Sigma.
