John Tushingham-Lacey currently serves as the Business Continuity Lead at Peabody, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, John has extensive experience in business continuity and governance, notably as Head of Business Continuity and Risk at Hyperoptic Ltd., and as Governance Manager at both T-Systems UK and Nationwide Building Society. John has been involved in risk management, compliance with ITIL and ISO frameworks, and implementing management frameworks across organizations. Additional roles include foster carer at Five Rivers and various analytical and managerial positions earlier in their career. John holds multiple certifications in project management, business analysis, and IT service management, including a Practitioner certification in Prince2 and an ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management certificate.
