Rick Pfeifer, LPC, CFI, is an experienced asset protection professional currently serving as the Regional Asset Protection Manager at Five Below since September 2023. With a comprehensive background in loss prevention and asset protection, Rick has held several leadership roles at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from 2005 to October 2023, including Director of Asset Protection and Enterprise Asset Protection Leader. Previous positions also include Director of Operations - Asset Protection at ascena, Regional Leader - Asset & Profit Protection at Justice, and Director of Loss Prevention at Gadzooks, where Rick contributed to significant sales and operational growth. Rick's career began in the mid-1990s with roles at Limited Brands and Venture Stores. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
