Jean Roder currently serves as a District Leader at Five Below, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as District Manager at Bath & Body Works from February 2021 to June 2022. Jean's extensive career at Claire's Inc. spanned over two decades, where roles included Regional Sales Manager and District Sales Manager/Trainer, overseeing multiple stores in both the Sacramento area and the Chicago Home Office market. Highlights of Jean's tenure at Claire's include leading the flagship store at Woodfield Mall, which achieved the 3rd highest sales volume in the company for three consecutive years, as well as managing various locations with differing volumes and layouts as a Store Manager/Trainer.
