Samuel Fick has extensive experience in the restaurant and operations management sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as General Manager at Fitz's since November 2017, Samuel has also held leadership roles as General Manager at Pi Pizzeria from February 2016 to October 2017 and at Gringo Restaurant from May 2014 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Samuel was a Shift Supervisor at Panera Bread for over a decade, from April 2002 to April 2014. Educationally, Samuel attended Saint Louis Community College-Meramec for General Studies and graduated with a High School Diploma in General Studies from Central Visual and Performing Arts High School in 2005.
