Gary Mills is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Management Trainee at Fitzpatrick Hotel Group since July 2014, Gary has previously held roles including Trainee Duty Manager at Hayfield Manor and Food and Beverage Assistant at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa, where an internship in the Food and Beverage department was completed. Additional experience includes work in Meeting and Events at Ballygarry House Hotel and Spa, as well as a Food and Beverage internship at Galway Bay Hotel. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Munster Technological University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
