Keith Malone is an experienced professional in the hospitality and beverage industry, currently serving as the Beverage Operations Manager at Fitzers Catering Limited since February 2023. In addition to this role, Keith has been the Director at Monkey Rose Events since September 2018. Previously, Keith held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel Dublin City from March 2022 to March 2023 and worked as a Brand Consultant for McConnells Irish Whisky from January 2020 to June 2021.
