Pia Aldenrath is a Learning Experience Specialist at FitX since October 2023, focusing on leadership development through the Leadership Fitness Program and leading seminars on feedback, team building, and conflict management. Previous roles include a clinical psychology internship at Vitos, an associate manager position in the Academy/People & Culture at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf, and a role in health management and qualification at Studierendenwerk Dortmund AöR. Significant experience in employee experience was gained during an internship with Deutsche Post and DHL, as well as in learning and development at WW. Pia has worked in various capacities in human resources and personal development, supported by a robust educational background culminating in a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Empowerment from DIPLOMA University of Applied Sciences.
