Cara Maksimow, LCSW, CPC, is a seasoned psychotherapist and business owner with over a decade of experience at Maximize Wellness, where services include one-on-one clinical psychotherapy and wellness workshops focused on mental health and resilience. In addition to founding Maximize Wellness, Cara has facilitated workshops for FitPros and served as a contracted therapist for AbleTo, delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to individuals facing various life transitions. Previous roles include a wellness education speaker for BHS, co-lead for Believe Inspire Grow, and various sales management positions at GSK, combining extensive therapeutic knowledge with a strong background in leadership.
