Helene Overgaard Pedersen is a Learning & Development Manager at PureGym since October 2020, specializing in E-learning and innovative learning approaches. Responsibilities include creating educational materials and organizing training programs across the organization, both nationally and internationally. Previously, Helene served as an Education Consultant at PureGym/Fitness World Academy and has extensive experience as an instructor and mentor in group fitness settings. Additionally, Helene was involved in various roles, including center leader and group fitness mentor at Aalborg Kommune and as a dance teacher at Aalborg Danse Center. Early career experiences include character roles at LEGOLAND Billund Resort. Helene's educational background includes a degree in Sport Science focusing on sport and psychology from Aalborg University and ongoing HR studies at Business Academy Aarhus.
