Kimberly Broadway is a seasoned marketing and development professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing And Development at Compass of Carolina since January 2024. With a diverse background, Kimberly previously held multiple roles at Fitesa, including Senior Risk & Compliance Administrator, Marketing Specialist, Purchasing Manager, and Senior Executive Administrator from December 2011 to February 2024. Additionally, Kimberly contributed as the Volunteer Marketing Director for The Period Project from August 2022 to December 2023, focusing on addressing period poverty and promoting dignity for affected individuals. Prior experience includes the position of National Operations/Logistics Manager at Techtronic Industries from 2004 to 2011 and Administrative Assistant at Hexcel Corporation from 2000 to 2003.
