Sam Ansary is a highly experienced professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as Senior Director and Head of North America FI Relationship Management & ESG at Fitch Ratings since May 2013. In this role, Sam manages all marketing, business development, and relationship management activities for Fitch's North American banks portfolio. Previously, Sam held various director positions within Fitch, focusing on both North America and the Middle East. Prior to Fitch, Sam was a Manager for the MENA Region in the Financial Institutions Division at Union National Bank and has extensive experience in credit analysis and marketing from CIB Egypt. Sam holds a Global Executive MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The American University in Cairo.
