Robert Rulla is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit analysis and corporate finance. Currently serving as Senior Director at Fitch Ratings since July 2004, Robert previously held the position of Associate Director at JP Morgan Chase from 1999 to 2004, and at JP Morgan (formerly Bank One) from 1989 to 2004, where responsibilities included credit underwriting for the Large Corporate Real Estate Group, focusing on REITs and public homebuilders. Robert holds an MBA in Strategy, Execution, and Valuation from DePaul Driehaus College of Business (2002-2004) and a BS in Accounting from DePaul University (1994-1998).
