Joseph Czappa has a strong background in various industries, primarily in IT support and operations. Joseph recently joined FIT Technologies as an Information Technology Support Engineer in April 2022. Prior to that, Joseph worked at AE Business Solutions as an IT Support Specialist from October 2021 to May 2022. Before transitioning into the IT field, Joseph gained experience in the food manufacturing sector, working at McCain Foods as a batter operator from April 2018 to October 2021, and at Kerry Ingredients as a fluid operator from July 2012 to April 2018.

Joseph Czappa attended the University of Phoenix from 2019 to 2022, where they pursued a field of study in Information Technology with a specialization in advanced cybersecurity. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology/advanced cybersecurity. Additionally, Joseph earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Systems Networking from the University of Phoenix, although the specific years of enrollment for this program are unknown.
