Jacob Wallenhorst has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Jacob began their career in 2013 at Geek Squad, where they worked in various roles including Consultant Agent, Advanced Repair Agent, and Autotech Lead. In 2017, they joined FIT Technologies as a Field Service Technician and later transitioned to the role of Help Desk Technician. Jacob then progressed to become an Infrastructure Engineer and eventually took on the position of Infrastructure Support Team Lead. In 2019, Jacob joined Hyland as a Technical Support Analyst. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in technical support, infrastructure engineering, and team leadership.
Jacob Wallenhorst attended Polaris Career Center from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Computer Networking Technology. After that, they went on to North Olmsted High School and obtained their High School diploma in 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the OnBase Certified Installer certification from Hyland in October 2019. Recently, Jacob also obtained two certifications from Microsoft: the Azure Fundamentals certification in July 2022 and the Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification in December 2022.
